Glen Elarbee Visit Details by Bear Tenney

Recently, a few coaches from Tennessee went on recruiting trips. up addition to having someone check up on three-star tight end Bear Tenney, they have been aggressively looking for tight end depth. Glen Elarbee, the offensive line coach, visited the tight end from Lehi High School in Lehi, Utah. The gifted candidate got in touch with Volunteer Country to let everyone know how it turned out. The 6’5, 230-pound tight end says, “I had a terrific visit with him. It was pleasant to reconnect with him. It was the first time I had ever met him. He made the argument to me that their entire staff thought highly of my film and that my athleticism would fit right in with their offense.”

Because it is the offseason, this is sometimes referred to as the recruiting season. Many important days for recruiting are approaching. Tenney said, “Yes, he told me to go to their junior day on February 3,” when someone inquired as to whether he had received an invitation to visit. Coach [Josh] Heupel asked me how I was doing when we chatted earlier that day on the phone. We have a great relationship. I’m going to attempt to go to Tennessee for that. I’m also eager to visit Oregon, Michigan, Texas, Florida, and Tennessee during this offseason.” “It shows me that they are very interested in me,” he says, going on to discuss his most recent encounter with the employees.
