Cincinnati was the only team in the division to miss the Playoffs after the 2023 regular season, which gave the organization the opportunity to appoint an offensive coordinator as soon as possible.

The other AFC teams are starting to catch up now that they are all eliminated from the playoffs.

Smith named OC by the Steelers
Arthur Smith was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers to be their new offensive coordinator in the hopes of transforming Kenny Pickett into something more than just Kenny Pickett. He was most recently the Atlanta Falcons’ head coach, although he was let go at the end of the 2023 campaign.
