It appears more likely than not that the Golden State Warriors will stick with their four-time championship core for the whole of the season, despite a lot of rumors as the 2024 NBA Trade Deadline draws near.
According to recent sources, Stephen Curry must approve any trade involving Draymond Green or Klay Thompson before it can happen.
In 16 games this season, Green has averaged 9.3 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 6.1 assists. In the meantime, Thompson’s averages per game are 17.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.4 assists. This season marks Thompson’s poorest statistically since his 2013–14 campaign.
The Golden State Warriors are currently ranked No. 12 in the Western Conference with a 19–24 record. In addition, the Warriors are 3-7 in their last seven games and have dropped two in a row.
