The Golden State Warriors are coming off consecutive one-point losses when they host the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday. In the past five games, the Warriors have lost four of them, including the last three after Draymond Green’s ban ended. With Green back in the starting lineup, Golden State has increased its offensive output, scoring 134 and 133 points in regulation before outscoring the Los Angeles Lakers by one point in double overtime on Saturday night.

In Golden State’s last two games, including the Warriors’ 134-133 home loss to the Sacramento Kings on Thursday, Green has tallied 11 assists. In the Lakers game defeat, he also pulled down a season-high fourteen rebounds. For the first time since Green’s ban, Warriors coach Steve Kerr started Green in the starting lineup against Los Angeles, and star Stephen Curry was among those who praised the decision. After scoring 46 points on Saturday, Curry remarked, “That lineup (with Green at center), we got some speed, we have some athleticism, we have Draymond’s brain and mind and just the way that he sees the floor defensively.” “You’re quite confident with that group. There is a great deal of positive stuff to observe.”
