Following a meeting this evening, the Pushkar Singh Dhami cabinet in Uttarakhand accepted the draft of the Uniform Civil Court tonight. The draft was approved by the Dhami cabinet, and it will now be considered as a bill in the assembly. The Cabinet meeting took place this evening in CM Dhami’s house, according to sources. The document was delivered to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday by the UCC drafting committee, which was chaired by retired Supreme Court judge Ranjana Prakash Desai.
