What’s your favorite Green Bay Packers player of all time?

Many members of the Los Angeles Rams staff and team have gone on to coach other teams, and many of them have returned to the same franchise. Matt LaFleur served as the Rams’ offensive coordinator in 2017 before becoming the Green Bay Packers’ head coach in 2019. In the first week of February, the Packers signed Sean Mannion, a former Rams backup quarterback, to serve as an offensive assistant and aid with the passing game.
LaFleur was overjoyed with the signing, as the Chicago Bears had been interested in Mannion as well. He elaborated on it in a recent interview with the latest addition to his coaching group. “I’m surprised that they let him out of the building,” LaFleur told Pete Dougherty of the Green Bay Press-Gazette. “But they tried to get him. I suppose we had more to offer, but we are fortunate to have him. I really believe this kid will have a good future for us, especially in the coaching industry.” Related: Rams Coach McVay Excited to See What Falcons Will Do Under From 2015 to 2018, Morris Mannion began his career as a backup quarterback for the Rams.
