Many employees of the company went to watch the defending national champions’ prospects, which include one prominent receiver, in the NFL Draft this year.
That being said, there is another blue-blood program that may possess the desired receiver for this summer.
Earlier this week, the Steelers hosted a visit from Florida wide receiver Ricky Pearsall, according to Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazzette.
Pearsall’s Discipline
Pearsall had a very slow start to his college career.
Pearsall saw little playing time in his first two years at Arizona State.
He only made seven catches in his freshman year.
He moved to Florida prior to his fourth season and became one of their main targets right away. In his debut season, he caught 33 passes for 661 yards.
He enjoyed the best year of his college career this past season.
Pearsall made 65 catches for 965 yards as a fifth-year senior, which significantly improved his draft ranking.
Then, in the combine, he had a strong performance that cemented his place on selection boards.
He demonstrated a 42-inch vertical leap, ranking among the top five at wide receiver, and completed the 40-yard dash in 4.41 seconds.
