This week, The Rock appeared on Glendale’s Friday Night SmackDown to respond to Cody Rhodes’ challenge for a singles battle between the two. It should come as no surprise to hear that he declined the challenge.
Rather, being the astute businessman that he is, he made a counteroffer.
The Rock and Roman Reigns against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins on the first night of WrestleMania 40 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is that counter offer. In addition, he demands certain requirements.
Rhodes will be free to complete his story without The Bloodline’s intervention if Cody and Seth prevail. There will be no access to ringside for the entire group.
