KNOXVILLE, Tennessee – No. 4/4 Tuesday night at 6 p.m., Tennessee returns home to welcome Alabama A&M in the first of five straight games at Lindsey Nelson Stadium with its scorching-hot bats.

After defeating Auburn in their most recent series, the Vols hit 14 home runs, establishing a new program record for the most in an SEC weekend series.

Season ticket holders who are unable to attend a game are encouraged to transfer their tickets to other Vol supporters in order to keep Lindsey Nelson Stadium as full as possible.

 

You now have the choice to donate your season tickets if you’re a holder and are unable to attend a baseball game this season. Your tickets will be given to the military and/or neighborhood charity in the Knoxville area, with a portion going back to Tennessee Athletics.

The business day before a game, until 5 PM, is when all ticket donations are received. You will receive an email with a gift receipt for the full ticket price after donating your tickets. That receipt can be kept for your tax documentation.

Under head coach Tony Vitello, Tennessee has been almost unbeatable in midweek games, amassing a 72-10 record, including a 62-6 record since the 2019 season began. This season, the Vols are a perfect 8-0 when playing during the week, winning four of those games by a margin of ten runs or more.

Chrisitan Moore, who trails Burke by only one long ball after hitting three home runs this season, is still very much in the running to become the Vols’ all-time home run leader.
