Lady Vol NCAA Second Round Practice Day/News Conference Recap - University  of Tennessee Athletics

Bermuda Run, North Carolina: Tennessee women’s golf missed the team cut for the NCAA Championship by five strokes after finishing sixth in the Bermuda Run NCAA Regional.

Junior Bailey Davis tied for third place with an 8-under score of 208, earning her a spot in the May 17–22 NCAA Championship in Carlsbad, California.

The Lady Vols’ team score of 3-over (867) was the lowest in program history in an NCAA Regional. Their tournament’s high point came in the first round, when Bailey Davis recorded the lowest individual score (64), and the team recorded the second-lowest team score (278) at an NCAA event in program history.

Davis’s third-place result is the best of the season and her second-best of her college career (she was second at the September 2022 Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championship). Manassanan Chotikabhukkana, who placed second at the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championship in October 2023, also has the second-best finish of the season among Lady Vols.

Senior Kayla Holden tied for 29th place with a 3-over score of 219, and Chotikabhukkana tied for 37th place with a 7-over score of 223.
