When Tom Brady presents the UFL Championship Trophy, he gets heckled….
Deonte Brown, a former offensive lineman for Alabama, made a comeback to the victors’ podium on Sunday by assisting the Birmingham Stallions in their UFL Championship victory.
Prior to suffering an ankle injury that kept him out of the lineup for the majority of the UFL season, the Alabama native was a starter for the Stallions. Brown made his UFL playoff semifinals comeback for the Stallions last week, helping them advance to Sunday’s title game. He was questioned before the final game about his injury.
Brown remarked, “Just glad to be back playing football with the boys.” “Knew what I was coming here to do, so I knew I would be coming back eventually, I just didn’t know when.” However, I was certain that I would turn around.
Brown stated that he maintained contact with the team despite his recuperation from his injury. He was able to get meaningful reps in a reserve role after Birmingham took full possession of the game early on, ultimately winning the UFL championship game 25-0.
