Alabama football fans mourned the loss of Khyree Jackson in a fatal car accident on July 6, but now another former Crimson Tide player in his critical condition.
Terrance Howard, a native of Missouri City, Texas, came to the University of Alabama as a walk-on defensive back in the 2023 signing class. A product of Ridge Point High School, he helped the Tide to a Southeastern Conference Championship.
Howard made the decision to enroll in North Carolina Central through the NCAA transfer site. Howard was reportedly engaged in a terrible vehicle accident, according to accounts on social media and a Go Fund Me page. According to the Go FundMe post, he was struck by a car as he was getting out of his car to help after the collision. He is in serious condition, struggling for his life due to the severity of his injuries.
