Taylor Swift fans without tickets banned from Wembley Stadium after Vienna threat

The concert organizers added, “We kindly ask that only those with tickets or those visiting our merchandise megastore turn up to the stadium.”

Following the suspected terrorist plot at her Vienna show last week, Taylor Swift’s concert organizers for the London leg of her tour have announced extra safety precautions at Wembley Stadium.

Swift’s August 8–10 Ernst Happel Stadium concerts were canceled, much to the disappointment of the fans, as police detained two individuals who were allegedly plotting a large-scale attack during one of the shows.

Since then, Wembley Stadium has posted an online itinerary for fans planning to attend the final shows of The Eras Tour’s European leg in London on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday.

The text reads, “To ensure you are at the correct queue ramp, standing guests should consult the color zone on your ticket. Guests in seats: please make use of the color zone.

In addition to being open on Wednesday and Sunday when Swift isn’t performing, a massive merchandise store is situated in the green parking lot and is open for the five concert days.

According to Wembley Stadium, sleeping overnight is not permitted.

“Wembley Stadium is located in a neighborhood. Please respect the local businesses and neighbors by only entering the stadium with a valid ticket or by visiting our megastore for items.

“No one is permitted to stand outside any entrance or on the Olympic Steps at the front of the stadium in order to facilitate everyone’s safe admission and exit from the venue. Non-ticket holders will be directed elsewhere.
