Nick Saban says Alabama supporters won’t agree with his criticism of Auburn.

He began, “I’m going to say something here that a lot of people in Alabama won’t like.
The topic of discussion had shifted to Auburn’s next match against Cal. The clubs will play each other for the second time in the last two seasons.
Hugh Freeze, the coach of Auburn, will do a fantastic job, in Saban’s opinion. They are going to be among the SEC’s most improved teams, in my opinion.
As a defensive coordinator, D.J. Durkin is a fantastic addition. With the players they have added to their offense that are explosive, I genuinely believe they will have a significant impact. They are an individual that will require consideration from all.
After winning 14-10 the previous season, the Tigers will host the Golden Bears. To support struggling quarterback Payton Thorne, the Tigers have added seven new receivers. Saban made reference to that particular circumstance.
According to Saban, “I think Payton Thorne is the big thing here at Auburn. He probably didn’t have a lot of confidence in his receivers last year.” “Their receiving group has significantly improved. They had some spectacular plays the previous week.
“I believe a crucial aspect of this game will be Cal’s secondary’s ability to match up with Auburn’s skill players.”
After defeating FCS Alabama A&M 73-3, the Tigers will now face a more difficult challenge. In its debut, Cal defeated UC-Davis 31–13 after a close first half.
In the game, Auburn’s Sam Jackson V, a receiver, was the quarterback for the Bears. Kirk Herbstreit stated that Auburn “is a surprise team in the SEC.”
