Nick Saban Makes a Huge Announcement Regarding Nico Iamaleava for the Tennessee Volunteers

Prior to the #7 Tennessee Volunteers’ 51-10 road victory over the North Carolina State Wolfpack on Saturday night, Nick Saban spoke about the team on the College GameDay panel. For the Volunteers, Nico Iamaleava is the talk of the town. Aside from the Texas Longhorns vs Michigan Wolverines match, this was one of the most important games this past weekend.
He completed 69.6% of his throws for 211 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions in the Wolfpack game. Iamaleava will have to tidy up a few things, but it is because of him that the Volunteers’ offense is deadly. Another aspect of this approach is Dylan Sampson’s running game. The redshirt quarterback is a fantastic fit for his presence in the backfield.
Over the years, Tennessee Volunteers and former Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban have battled each other in SEC play. This time, he’s forecasting the SEC Conference’s football results with audacity. Before the Volunteers defeated the Wolfpack, he made the following statement on the GameDay Panel:
With the quarterback play Tennessee is getting right now, I believe they will be difficult to beat. Because of their wide offense, I believe all the SEC teams will have difficulty stopping them, and I also believe their defense is stronger than most people realize.
He is a first-year redshirt. Nico Iamaleava will cause issues for the conference going forward.
