KNOXVILLE, Tennessee – On Saturday, April 13, two highly-regarded musicians will perform at the second annual Vol Village Music Festival, which will take place in conjunction with the pregame and postgame festivities of the 2024 Orange & White Game: Lindsay Ell, a chart-topping performer, and Greylan James, a singer-songwriter from Knoxville.
Neyland Stadium has a limited capacity because to construction, therefore the game starts at 1 p.m. All available tickets have been sold out. Live coverage of it will air on SEC Network+.
Vol Village is free to enter and opens at 10:30 a.m. on Lot 9. Fans who are unable to enter Neyland Stadium can watch the Orange & White Game live on huge screens located in Lot 9 and the amphitheater outside Gate 21, in addition to the Vols’ baseball game against LSU at 5:30 p.m.
Food trucks, merchants, drink stations, the Spirit Squad, Smokey, and VFL Sterl The Pearl will all be present in Vol Village. Free sponsor gifts, interactive exhibits, face painting, and entertaining events suitable for all ages are planned.
The 2024 Vols will participate in the Vol Walk before entering Neyland Stadium. The Vol Walk will start at 11:10 a.m. on Phillip Fulmer Way at the corner of Peyton Manning Pass.
Ell, one of the most well-known female voices in country music, will perform at the free pregame performance in Lot 9 at 11:15 a.m. Ell, who debuted at No. 1 on the platinum single chart in 2019 with Brantley Gilbert, is considered one of the most exciting and promising emerging performers.
James will take the Lot 9 stage at 3:15 p.m. for the free postgame concert. The singer-songwriter was reared in Knoxville and has penned several No. 1 hits for Jordan Davis and Kenny Chesney. Greylan and Davis were nominated for CMA Song of the Year for their song “Next Thing You Know”.
A rising country artist in his own right, Greylan just wrapped up his run supporting Scotty McCreery’s CAB IN A SOLO TOUR and will open on select dates of Adam Doleac’s WRONG SIDE OF A SUNRISE TOUR beginning on April 25.
