Knoxville, Tennessee – Tennessee volleyball head coach Eve Rackham Watt announced Thursday that transfer Ajack Malual, a two-time All-Pacific West Conference rightside, had joined the team.
“Our staff is excited about the addition of Ajack to our roster this summer,” Rackham Watt said in a statement. “She is a player who we believe has enormous potential and could excel in our program. In contrast, she possesses a lightning fast arm with terrific range and will be a point scorer on the right side for us. She has high-level international experience and has played college volleyball for two seasons. That experience will be useful as she joins our very young staff this summer. We can’t wait to welcome her to Rocky Top!”
Malual, a native of Rome, Italy, spent her first two years of college competing at Chaminade at the Division II level, where she racked up 539 kills.251 kills, 192 digs, 99 blocks, and 51 aces. Malual earned All-Pacific West Conference Second Team honors in 2022, helping Chaminade win the conference title, advance to the NCAA West Regional Final, and finish with an AVCA national ranking in the season’s final poll.
