The most recent commitment came from three-star offensive lineman Soren Shinofield of Cherry Creek High (Colorado), who turned down offers from several schools, including Nebraska, Iowa State, Kansas, Boston College, and Pittsburgh, to enroll in Kyle Whittingham’s program.
In Utah’s class of 2025, 6-foot-6, 275-pound Shinofield is the first offensive line pledge. Along with him are linebackers Max Fonoimoana and Christian Thatcher, tight end Drew Clemens, defensive lineman Karson Kaufusi and Sione Motuapuaka, edge rusher Nela Tupou, and quarterback Wyatt Becker.
