UFL’s in-search of coaching staff against next season…
According to Jon Lewis of SportsMediaWatch.com, the Brahmas vs. Stallions championship game drew an average attendance of 1.6 million viewers. The game was a 25-0 snoozefest that ended in a tie just before halftime.
It is therefore the most watched spring football championship game since the XFL’s debut in 2001.

As a result, the UFL’s debut campaign was a huge success. Yes, it could have been better. For example, the NFL may have adopted the XFL kickoff because it was widely known before the UFL season that the league was exploring it. As a result, NFL fans would have been more logically intrigued.
Also, the teams could have been put in markets that would have been more likely to show up for games. And not having a Michigan Panthers game on draft weekend in Detroit felt like a missed opportunity to siphon some of the football buzz that had descended on the area.
