NFL Draft Prospect for the Raiders: Alabama’s Jermaine Burton, WR

The acquisition of a player from a successful college program can be very advantageous to NFL teams. It’s a plus to have a player from two distinct winning programs, and with the transfer portal, this is happening more and more frequently these days. Former Georgia and Alabama wide receiver Jermaine Burton is one of the prospects in the 2024 NFL Draft class that fits into such a select category; if the Las Vegas Raiders are lucky enough to have one, Burton would be a terrific second-round pick. Burton participated in two College Football Playoffs during his four years of college: one with the Bulldogs when they won the national championship in 2021, and the other this past season with the Crimson Tide.
