Myles Garrett received the greatest accolades from 49ers future Hall of Fame left tackle Trent Williams on the eve of his probable NFL Defensive Player of the Year victory Thursday night at the NFL Honors event.
When Cleveland.com questioned Williams about Garrett on Wednesday, the 14-year NFL veteran responded, โBest player Iโve ever played against.โ โHe is an enormous force. He certainly deserves it. I have great admiration for him and am eager to see him succeed.
The five-time Pro Bowler and three-time first-team All-Pro Garrett was described by Williams, a future first-ballot Hall of Famer, as to why he is so excellent.
โAre his Combine numbers visible to you?โ Williams stated. That has a significant impact on it. He is such a superb athlete, a juggernaut. The measurements and size are obviously elite. He performs all tasks expertly.
